ומצו"ב העתק מכתבי ע"ש היו"ר שכתב לי במיוחד בענין זה.
ובודאי אם נצרך ביאור נוסף איך שהוא לא מתאים על פי שו"ע שאתערב במצב הנוכחי, יסביר להנ"ל גם בתור רב. ותודתי אמורה לו מראש.

נ.ב. מטעמים לא רציתי להזכיר במכתבי הרשמי הנ"ל במה שדברנו אודות מחנה קיץ יומי בממדים הכי רחבים, אשר נוסף לעצם התועלת שבזה, הרי זה ג"כ הכנה טובה להוספה בכמות, ואולי גם באיכות, התלמידים לשנת הלימודים הבע"ל. וכמדובר אז בארוכה. והרי עתה הזמן לעסוק בזה, כיון שהענין דורש הכנה [מבעוד] מועד.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 7th of Nissan. Due to many preoccupations, especially the days of Pesach in between, my response was delayed, and I ask your forgiveness.
I am enclosing a copy of my letter to those who wrote to me specifically about this matter. Certainly, if further explanation is needed as to why it is not appropriate according to Shulchan Aruch for me to intervene in the current situation, you will explain this to those involved also in your capacity as a rabbi. My thanks are expressed in advance.
On this occasion, allow me to enclose a copy of a general letter which I hope you will find interesting and beneficial.

P.S. For various reasons I did not want to mention in my official letter above what we discussed regarding a summer day camp on the broadest scale. In addition to its inherent benefit, it also serves as good preparation for increasing—perhaps even improving—the number of students for the coming school year, as we discussed at length then. Now is the time to work on this matter since it requires advance preparation.
