כיון ששלחתי לתלמידות אחדות העתק מהמכתב המצו"ב, ואפשר שיש צורך להסביר המכתב בתוספת ביאור, על כן הנני שולח לכת"ר העתק מכתב האמור. ובודאי לא ימנע הטוב.
ועוד להעיר שאולי ימצא לנכון לתרגם המכתב לצרפתית, ומובן שהרשות בידו לנצל המכתב כטוב בעיניו.

Certainly only good will result. Additionally, I would like to point out that perhaps you will find it appropriate to translate the letter into French; of course, you have permission to use the letter as you see fit.
