וילהיבו העולים משם במסירת נפש שלהם על היהדות האמיתית את כל עמינו, וימשיכו מתוך הרחבה להיות דוגמא חי' של יהודים השמחים במשך כל השנה בתורת משה והתורה שמחה בהם במשך כל השנה,
ומחנכים בניהם ובנותיהם בדרך זו,
ומבלי התחשב כלל בבלבולים ובקשיים,
ולסלול הדרך שכן יעשו העולים אחריהם,

Here is copied the text of the telegram which our master, teacher and Rebbe shlita graciously agreed to send in connection with the gathering on the day of Chof MarCheshvan:
The participants in the Kinus of Chof MarCheshvan shlita—may it be that at this gathering will be fulfilled the words of our Sages: "It is beneficial for them and beneficial for the world," as explained in the maamar "Heichaltzu" (which implies all of you), and as discussed at the farbrengens here during our time of joy—to fulfill the request of Hashem (which is also an empowerment): It is difficult for me to part from you—that there should not be separation, G‑d forbid; on the contrary, let this gathering unite all participants: new immigrants, those who immigrated earlier, and those born in Eretz HaKodesh—all together as one for elevation in our Torah, Torah of truth, and its mitzvos in daily life. Let those who came from there inspire with their self-sacrifice for true Judaism all our people; let them continue expansively to serve as a living example of Jews who are joyful throughout the year in Moshe's Torah—and that Torah rejoices in them throughout the year—and educate their sons and daughters in this path without being affected at all by confusion or difficulties. Let them pave the way so that those who immigrate after them will do likewise. As Hashem has promised: "A great congregation will return here," and all this with chassidic vitality and light.
With honor and blessings for appropriate resolutions in all the above and their successful fulfillment.
