To the honored participants in the Simchas Torah hakafos in Kfar Chabad, which is in our holy land, may it be rebuilt and established by our righteous Moshiach, among all our brothers, the Jewish people who rejoice in Simchas Torah wherever they are—may they live long.

Shalom u'Vrachah!

At a time when double joy—the joy of Israel with the Torah and the joy of the Torah with Israel—encompasses and unites all our people: your heads, your tribes, your elders and officers, every Jew; your children, your wives, and the convert within your camp from woodcutter to water drawer. There is a special strength and content to this joy in our holy land upon which the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are from the beginning of the year to its end. May it be G‑d's will that this holiness be revealed and that Divine providence be seen as good in an open and apparent way—and all nations of the earth will see that the name of Hashem is called upon you and upon our people as one nation on earth. As David, the sweet singer of Israel said: Elokim le'hatzileni Hashem le'ezrati chusha ("G‑d save me; L‑rd hasten to help me")—may we merit very soon to see our true and complete redemption through our righteous Moshiach.

The one who participates in your joy—our joy—and concludes with a prayer for a year of true joy and true Torah; may Israel dwell securely with salvation from Hashem.
