וכפי הידיעות וגם על פי הנסיון צע"ג אם אפשר לפעול מה מבלי ביקור אישי של איש המתאים לזה, זאת אומרת שיוכל לבחון הדברים ולדבר בסגנון של נועם אבל בתוקף.
ועוד להוסיף וגם זה עיקר, שכנראה הענינים הם מבהילים עוד יותר מאשר ידעתי בעת שיחתנו כאן, ובקשתי את הרב חדקוב שי' לטלפן למר בזה.

Your letter dated [the] [day] of Nissan was just received, following up on our conversation during your visit here. According to the information and also based on experience, it is doubtful whether anything can be accomplished without a personal visit by someone suitable for this task—meaning someone who can assess the situation and speak pleasantly yet firmly.
Additionally—and this is most important—it seems that matters are even more alarming than I knew at the time of our conversation here. I have asked Rabbi Chadakov to call the relevant person about this.
May it be the will of Hashem, Who has repaired breaches among His people Israel in the past, that He will repair the breach among His people Israel now as well—with kindness and mercy and very soon.
If regarding an ordinary trouble our Sages said (as taught by the Baal Shem Tov) "It is a time of trouble for Yaakov but from it he will be saved," how much more so in such a terrible crisis as in our case; it is difficult to elaborate on something so distressing and frightening.
You surely know what Eliyah Rabbah (Orach Chaim 686) explains regarding our Sages' statement "When Adar enters, we increase in joy," that this includes also the month of Nissan (and he clarifies Rashi's puzzling comment—Taanis 29a s.v. Mishenichnas Adar—where Rashi concludes with 'Purim and Pesach,' though Pesach seemingly isn't mentioned).
May it be Hashem's will that this increase in joy apply here as well—in all communal and personal matters.
