Shalom u'Vrachah!
The foundation—the response: What has been permitted for the above-mentioned groups—this is a permit for all. The groups (it is obvious—there is no basis in Shulchan Aruch to differentiate between them), and since I was asked—this is a permit for all the institutions who seek my opinion in this matter.
Accordingly, it is also understood—that the difficulties they will overcome, even if it requires effort, etc.—this is for the benefit of all these institutions.
