שלום וברכה!

Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 6th of Shevat. As I have answered several times—follow the instructions of the expert doctor. And if your feeling of compassion interferes—on the contrary, precisely because of this feeling (for the benefit of the person in question), you must do as previously stated.

With blessing.
