Surely you have received my previous letter, along with the attached maamar of the Alter Rebbe which was published in connection with the Festival of Redemption of Yud Tes Kislev.
Together with writing this letter, I have asked the representatives of Anash who visited here to personally deliver to you the Sefer HaErachim Chabad, which has just been brought from the bindery. It too was supposed to appear by last Yud Tes Kislev. Certainly this too is for good.
I have double pleasure in this matter: that it came out beautifully—not only in its inner quality (the content) but also in its external presentation.
It seems to me that you had a part in securing the grant from the Claims Conference for this project; if so, your pleasure will be increased when you see the fruit of your labor.
