ויהי רצון שיהי' בזה שלב נוסף להתפשטות חב"ד ועניני' באה"ק ת"ו, ככתבו, וכמו שזכה עד עתה להיות מהפעילים בזה ילך בכוחו זה באופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור לאורך ימים ושנים טובות.
כן יבשר טוב ג"כ מכל בני ביתו שיחיו, וכיון שאחד מהם מזכיר במכתבו,
נכדו
רזי שי' המתקרב לגיל הכנסו למצוות, והרי אין מוקדם בברכה, מצורף בזה מכתב ברכה לנכדו, והשי"ת יזכה את כ' שיוכל לבשר שנתקיימו הברכות שקבל כולל שלי.
לא מזכיר על דבר בריאות, משמע שבסדר, וגם בזה ילך הלוך וטוב.

As is his way and in the familiar style of a good man bringing good news, I received your letter from the 9th of Adar II and those that followed. Thank you for the good tidings they contained. May it be G‑d's will that this will be another step in the spreading of Chabad and its matters in your community, as you wrote, and just as you have merited until now to be among those active in this, may you continue with increasing strength—always adding light—for many good years.
So too may you bring good news regarding all your family members. Since one of them is mentioned in your letter—your grandson Razi shiyichyeh—who is approaching the age of Bar Mitzvah (and there is no 'before' or 'after' when it comes to blessings), I am including here a letter of blessing for your grandson. May Hashem grant you the merit that you will be able to report that all the blessings received—including mine—have been fulfilled.
You did not mention anything about health, which implies all is well; may this continue to improve further.
