ויהי רצון שככל ימי זכרון בחיי עם ישראל, שהתכלית היא להמשיך מענינא דיומא בכל ימות השנה במעשה בפועל, כי
מעשה
עיקר, כן יום זכרון זה יעורר ויחזק בכל אחד ואחד מאתנו בתוככי כלל ישראל, הרצון והמרץ להמשיך בפעולות בעל ההילולא בחיזוק בתורה והיהדות המסורתית בחיי היום יום, פעולות חדורות אהבת ה' אהבת התורה ואהבת ישראל

ויתן ויעזור השם יתברך ויתעלה שכל אחד ואחד יעשה בזה מתוך ניצול מלא של כוחותיו ומדת השפעתו, באופן דמוסיף והולך, בשמחה ובטוב לבב.
יתברכו המברכים מאת ה' מקור הברכות בכל המצטרך להם ולכל אשר להם,
וכמו שנאמר
ואברכה מברכיך.
וכאן מקום אתי להביע קורת רוח מיוחדת מפעולות אנשי חב"ד ומוסדות החינוך שמצאו כר נרחב ופורה במחנם הט', אשר בודאי הי' בלתי אפשרי בלי שיתוף פעולה ועידוד מראשי העדה ופרנסי' ונדיבי', כולם יעמדו על הברכה,
וילכו
מחיל אל חיל בעבודת הקודש לטובת הקהילה והמדינה, טובתם האמיתית,

Shalom u'Vrachah!
With pleasure and heartfelt thanks I acknowledge receipt of your letter dated the end of Parshat Ki Tisa, with warm blessings and heartfelt wishes in connection with the completion of twenty years since the passing of our master, teacher and Rebbe, leader of Israel in our generation, on Yud Shevat.
May it be G‑d's will that as with all days of remembrance in the life of the Jewish people—whose purpose is to draw from the day's essence into all days of the year through practical action (for action is primary)—so too this day should arouse and strengthen within each one of us among all Israel the desire and energy to continue the activities of the one whose yahrzeit it is: strengthening Torah and traditional Judaism in daily life—activities imbued with love of G‑d, love of Torah, and love of Israel which are all one.
May Hashem grant and help that each person will do so by fully utilizing his abilities and influence in an ever-increasing manner with joy and gladness of heart.
May those who bless be blessed by Hashem—the source of blessings—in all they need for themselves and all that is theirs; as it is said: "I will bless those who bless you."
At this point I wish to express special satisfaction from the activities of Chabad members and educational institutions which have found a broad and fertile field in your holy community—something that certainly would not have been possible without cooperation and encouragement from community leaders, lay leaders, and benefactors. May you all stand in blessing and go from strength to strength in holy work for the good of the community and country—their true good—and as our Sages say: "Good to Heaven and good to people."
