התלוי בו – שכל חבריו שליט"א יעשו ככה. והרי זוהי טובת היחיד וטובת הרבים וטובת הכלל.
ונאמר
והי' מחנך קדוש – אשר אז (ככתוב בתחילת הפסוק) ה' אלקיך מתהלך בקרב מחניך להצילך ולתת אויביך לפניך.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you requested a blessing from Tuesday, Adar I, and at an auspicious time it will be read at the Tziyun of my father-in-law the Admor zatzukal (may his merit protect us).
Certainly you are meticulous as required in the mitzvah of tefillin. Especially since it is said about it: 'Ve-ra'u kol amei ha-aretz ki shem Hashem nikra alecha ve-yare'u mimeka' (And all the peoples of the earth will see that the name of Hashem is called upon you and they will fear you).
In your place and surroundings now, you are surely increasing and striving as much as depends on you—that all your friends should do likewise. For this is for the good of the individual, for the good of the many, and for the good of all.
And it is said: 'Ve-haya machanecha kadosh' (And your camp shall be holy)—for then (as written at the beginning of the verse) 'Hashem Elokecha mit'halech bekerev machanecha le-hatzilcha u-letet oyvecha lefanecha' (Hashem your G‑d walks in your midst to save you and to give your enemies before you).
