לפלא שזה זמן רב לא ראיתי מפרסומיו, פרט למה שכתב על דבר ספרו של ידידנו הד"ר ניסן שי' מינדל. וממנ"פ קשי': שאם לא פירסם דבר, הרי מאחר שחננו ה' בכשרונות

סופר מהיר ויכול לכתוב בשפת המדינה, ולאידך מצב היהדות בכלל, ובתוככי הנוער בפרט, הוא כל כך מבולבל, הרי איך יכול לחשות? ואם פירסם, אלא שלא שלח לכאן, אע"פ שיש ליישב בדוחק, מכל מקום פלא, שהרי תכלית הנדפס שיגיע לחוגים הכי רחבים.
פשוט שאין כונתי לעורר קשיות ולהתאונן על העבר, כי אם הצד המעשי שבזה בהנוגע להוה ולעתיד.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Kodesh of the Festival of Redemption. I hope that by the time you receive this letter your health has already improved. May it be G‑d's will that this improvement, in all your matters both materially and spiritually, continues to increase ever more—as is taught by the approaching days of Chanukah.
Especially since you are a descendant of Aharon HaKohen, whose role and mission is—as it is written in the Torah of Moshe—'Yoru Mishpatecha l'Yaakov v'Toratecha l'Yisrael' (They shall teach Your judgments to Yaakov and Your Torah to Israel).
It is surprising that I have not seen your publications for quite some time, except for what you wrote regarding our friend Dr. Nisan shiyichyeh Mindel's book. And my question is: if you have not published anything, since Hashem has blessed you with the talents of a swift writer and the ability to write in the language of the land—and on the other hand, the state of Judaism in general and among youth in particular is so confused—how can you remain silent?
And if you have published but did not send it here—although this could be explained with difficulty—it is still surprising, since the purpose of printing is that it should reach the widest circles.
It is clear that my intention is not to raise difficulties or complain about the past but rather to focus on practical action regarding the present and future.

P.S. Since it seems you do not have anyone who can type in Yiddish on a typewriter with a Yiddish keyboard, you may also write in English—even though I especially appreciate that a letter connected with Yud Tes Kislev was written specifically in our language, which is Lashon HaKodesh.
