החדשים שי' אשר עלו בשנה זו לאה"ק ת"ו ע"י מ"צ ב"ב – שהתיישבו כבר והעתידים להתיישב בע"ה בנחלת הר חב"ד.
ובקשתי אשר בתור זקן רבני אנ"ש והתמימים אשר באה"ק ת"ו שי' ימסרו באופן המתאים לעולים החדשים דשם ומה טוב במעמד הרבים בנחלת הר חב"ד ובזמן המתאים, והרי בכלל ימי כל חודש זה ימי סגולה הם כמובא במכתב הנ"ל.
ובודאי אשר יסייעו בידו לסדר האסיפה בהתאם להנ"ל בכדי שיתקבלו הדברים כפי הדרוש ויפעלו פעולתם, ויבשר טוב בזה מתוך בריאות שמחה וטוב לבב, ות"ח מראש.

בהוראת כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א מצו"ב העתק מכתב כללי מכ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א לעולים החדשים בנחלת הר חב"ד, וכן העתק המכתב להרב דכפר חב"ד שליט"א, ובודאי בצותא עם מר
שלמה
שי' מ. יקחו על עצמם הטרחה שבדבר והסידור וכו', ויתייעצו ביניהם בנוגע להפרטים בזה.
ואולי גם כן מהנכון שייקרא המכתב בבית הכנסת דנחלת הר חב"ד בשבת שלאחרי האסיפה. וכן לעשות פאָטאָ מהמכתב להעולים ולתתו לכל משפחה מהמתיישבים. וכן פעולות כיוצא בזה כפי ראותם המצב על אתר.
ובודאי יודיע מקבלת המכתבים ובעיקר מהנעשה בזה, ובהקדם, וכל המפרט הרי זה משובח, ות"ח מראש.
וכאן המקום לעורר על השמועה התמוה ביותר שכאילו מישהו לומד "פּשעטלעך" בדברי כ"ק אדמו"ר ודעתו וכוונתו בנוגע התיישבות אנ"ש בנחלת הר חב"ד, למרות בקשת כ"ק אד"ש כמה פעמים שלא יעקמו דבריו בשביל כוונות פרטיות של פלוני ופלוני, כי למה להם אַריינשלעפּן דעם רבי'ן שליט"א אין זייערע געשעפטלעך און פּאָליטיקע. ודי לחכימא ברמיזא. ובפרט שאין זה רמז גרידא, כי אם דברים שנאמרו כמה פעמים, ותמי' גדולה שלאחרי כל זה שוב כנראה יש כאלו הממשיכים בפוליטיקה זו הבזוי' וד"ל.
ובודאי לאחרי פרסום מכתב זה ייבטלו כל הלעז וכו' בנוגע להתיישבות בנחלת הר חב"ד, ויהי רצון שגם בזה יבשרו טוב.

I have instructed in my letter to the new immigrants who arrived this year—those who have already settled and those who are about to settle with G‑d's help in Nachalas Har Chabad. My request is that, as the elder of the Rabbanim of Anash and the Temimim in your community, you should appropriately convey this message to the new immigrants there—ideally at a public gathering in Nachalas Har Chabad at a suitable time. In general, all the days of this month are auspicious days, as mentioned in the referenced letter.
Certainly you will be assisted in organizing the assembly according to the above so that the words will be received as needed and will have their intended effect. May you share good news about this with health, joy, and gladness of heart. Thank you in advance.

By instruction of our holy Rebbe shlita, I am enclosing a copy of a general letter from our holy Rebbe shlita to the new immigrants in Nachalas Har Chabad, as well as a copy of the letter to the Rav of Kfar Chabad shlita. Certainly together with Mr. Shlomo shlita M., you will take upon yourselves the effort required for this matter and its organization etc., consulting among yourselves regarding its details.
Perhaps it is also appropriate that the letter be read at the synagogue in Nachalas Har Chabad on the Shabbat following the assembly. Also, make a photo copy of the letter for the immigrants and give one to each family among those settling there. Likewise, carry out similar activities as you see fit based on local circumstances.
Certainly you will inform us upon receipt of these letters and especially about what is done regarding them—and promptly; every detail is praiseworthy. Thank you in advance.
This is also an opportunity to address an extremely puzzling rumor—that someone is studying "pshatlach" (overly literal interpretations) in our holy Rebbe's words and his opinion or intent regarding Anash settling in Nachalas Har Chabad—even though our holy Rebbe has requested several times not to twist his words for private agendas of so-and-so. Why involve the Rebbe shlita in their personal business and politics? A hint suffices for the wise.
Especially since this is not merely a hint but statements made several times; it is astonishing that after all this some apparently continue with this base politics etc.
Certainly after publicizing this letter all slander etc. regarding settlement in Nachalas Har Chabad will cease; may it be G‑d's will that there will also be good news about this.
