To each and every Bar Mitzvah boy who is an orphan due to war and acts of terror in our holy land—may they live—Shalom and blessings for a good and sweet year!
On this bright day, the birthday of Admor HaBaal Shem Tov and Admor HaZaken, the two great luminaries who illuminated and continue to illuminate the lives of Am Yisrael with Ahavas Yisrael (love for fellow Jews), love of Torah, and love of Hashem—I express my heartfelt participation in your joy upon reaching Bar Mitzvah.
May it be G‑d's will that you accept upon yourself the yoke of our Torah—the Torah of life—and its mitzvos with joy, fulfilling them in health and tranquility. May Hashem grant peace in the land. The great merit of Torah and mitzvos protects our land and people wherever they are, casting awe and fear upon every enemy or adversary. There is a special segulah (spiritual remedy) in the mitzvah of tefillin—as our Sages teach: 'All the nations will see that the name of Hashem is called upon you,' which brings victory to those at war.
Through all this you will bring true nachas (joy) to your father—may Hashem avenge his blood—who from his place in the World of Truth watches over what happens to his children, deriving great delight from their good conduct and rejoicing greatly when he sees them advancing from strength to strength in our Torah—the Torah of truth—and its mitzvos.
With Mazal Tov blessings for your Bar Mitzvah and wishes that you be inscribed and sealed for a good year—and to your entire family—may they live.
