Your undated letter has reached me; thank you for your good news. May it be G‑d's will that it be fulfilled for you and your household as the tzt"z (who ruled in both Nigleh of Torah and its inner dimension) writes on the verse 'VeHu Rachum' (printed in his supplements to his notes on Sefer Tehillim), that through the thirteen attributes of the beard one draws down the thirteen attributes of Atikah, which are great mercies. As he concludes elsewhere (in Sefer HaMitzvos, page 114 section 2) regarding the attribute of mercy in general and abundant mercy in particular: then the blessing is inherited without boundaries, extending from one end to another.
