I hope that by the time you receive this letter you have already received a personal message from me through those who visited here, whom I asked to visit you as my representatives and convey to you my Mazal Tov blessing and heartfelt wishes, together with a blessing for a kosher and joyous Pesach holiday.
I wish to repeat in writing as well, during these days before Pesach—Zman Cheiruteinu (the season of our freedom)—my blessing for true freedom from all matters that cause confusion, so that you may serve Hashem with joy and gladness of heart.
With appreciation and respect, and with blessings for Chag HaPesach kasher v'sameach.
Knowing your heartfelt and deep interest in matters of Beit Chabad which was established by my holy ancestor the Admor tzt"z in Jerusalem (surrounded by a wall—may it be rebuilt and established), I am enclosing a copy of my letter to Anash and Chabad institutions in that holy community. Also, with G‑d's help, we are sending teachings from the Admor tzt"z (for the first time from handwritten manuscripts) in connection with his yahrzeit [13 Nissan 5728—the yahrzeit and 126th anniversary of his passing].
