In continuation to my letter from 22 Nissan, I hereby propose that the Tzt"z Yeshivah and Kollel should have their permanent place in the aforementioned synagogue and study hall, as has been discussed previously. Alongside the regular study schedule, there should be a special focus on learning the teachings of the Admor Tzt"z, both in Nigleh (revealed Torah) and Chassidus.
In connection with his yahrzeit on 13 Nissan—which this year marks a round number since his passing—let there be an increase in these studies at the aforementioned synagogue: an addition both in Nigleh and Chassidus learning, especially from his Torah which has now appeared for the first time from manuscripts and has been sent recently.
May it be G‑d's will that you share good news regarding all of the above matters, as well as regarding my letter from 22 Nissan—including that the work to improve the building is proceeding swiftly and concretely in all its details and parts—and that the house continues to grow, as mentioned in my first letter regarding prayer (the synagogue) and Torah (the study hall), for praise and renown and glory—Chabad. As explained by our master the Alter Rebbe in his well-known discourse on "Vehayah Ki Savo El HaAretz Asher Hashem Elokecha Noten Lecha Nachalah Veyarashta Veyashavta Bah," ("And it shall be when you come into the land which Hashem your G‑d gives you as an inheritance, and you possess it and dwell therein") according to "this day."
Until we merit fulfillment of the promise: "Kimei Tzeischa Me'eretz Mitzrayim Arenu Niflaos," ("As in the days when you left Egypt I will show you wonders")—both literally and in its content and inner meaning—as explained by Admor Maharash on this verse, whose explanation of this matter now marks one hundred years.
With blessings for success in all of the above matters and for good news speedily; with blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach holiday.
