Shalom u'Vrachah! [Admu"sh 5727] It is possible to request the participation of the yeshiva students in general, but not from those six who traveled from here as emissaries on a special mission (and it is surprising that there was any doubt about this), except if it will be completely outside their regular schedule.

From a copy. This is to Mo"h Aba Pliskin, who asked about utilizing the yeshiva students in the large yeshiva in Melbourne for activities. They traveled from here as emissaries for two years, to establish the yeshiva in Melbourne.

Summary

The Rebbe clarifies that while general yeshiva students may be involved in communal activities, those sent as special emissaries should focus on their primary mission and only participate if it does not interfere with their set schedule.
