Here is copied the text of the telegram which the honorable Rebbe shlita graciously sent today to the students of Tomchei Temimim in Kiryat Gat—according to its address: Students of Tomchei Temimim Kiryat Gat.

In response to the telegram: May Hashem grant you success in learning both Nigleh (the revealed part) of Torah and Chassidus, and in fulfilling the hope of our Rebbeim and leaders—to be candles that illuminate.

Tomchei Temimim Kiryat Gat: The yeshivah founded by the Rebbe during this period, to which he sent a group of student-shluchim to study there (see Purim farbrengen this year, sichah 10).

Et Ami: In general, it is a positive commandment to lend even to a wealthy person who temporarily needs it (Sema Choshen Mishpat beginning of section 97). See also Shulchan Aruch Admor Hazaken at the start of Hilchot Halva'ah.
