ויהי רצון אשר ימשיך להן השי"ת - לכל אחת ואחת, היא ובני ביתה שי' - ברכתו בכל המצטרך בגשם וברוח ובפעולותיהן האמורות, אשר בודאי עוד תוסיפנה בהן, כהציווי - להעלות בקדש.

וידוע סיפור הרבנית הצדקנית מרת רבקה, מענה כ"ק חותנה אדמו"ר הצמח צדק (אשר היום הוא יום הולדתו) לבנה כ"ק אדמו"ר (מוהרש"ב) נ"ע, אשר שבת תשובה, הפירוש - א שבת'דיגע תשובה. בכל ימות החול, הרי מה שאסור - אינו בבית, משא"כ בשבת הלא גם זה ישנו בבית, ולכן צריכים לידע תחלה - בכל דבר שרוצים לעשות - האם מותר זה. וזה שהניחו לשמן פתילה בהנר של תשובה ובהנר של חיים, נותן כח, שיכולים למלאות זאת (קונטרס צו).

I was pleased to receive regards from you and your greetings—first through the one who merited the lottery, and afterwards through Rebbetzin Mrs. Chaya Freida Kazarnovsky, who also reported about your activities in spreading Judaism both in your immediate surroundings and beyond. I was also informed about the golden cup and its golden stand.
May it be G‑d's will that He continue to grant each of you—and your households—His blessings in all that is needed materially and spiritually, as well as in your aforementioned activities, which you will surely increase as commanded—to ascend in holiness.
These activities are themselves a cup of blessing for the success of the work itself and for Hashem's blessing in all that is needed. May all this be with abundance—in all matters mentioned—within all aspects of the village, even to the point of "ufaratzta yama vakeidma vatzafona vanegba" (you shall spread out westward, eastward, northward, and southward) without boundaries.

P.S. The wax candles for the upcoming Shabbos Shuvah—for us and all Israel for good—were also received. The story is known about the righteous Rebbetzin Mrs. Rivkah: The response of her father-in-law, the tzt"z (whose birthday is today), to her son—the Rebbe Maharash—was that Shabbos Teshuvah means a Shabbos-like teshuvah. On weekdays what is forbidden is not present at home; on Shabbos even what is forbidden exists at home; therefore one must first know regarding anything one wishes to do—whether it is permitted. Placing a wick with oil in the candle of teshuvah or life gives strength to fulfill this (see Kuntres Tzav).
Summary
The Rebbe encourages continued growth in spreading Judaism with abundance and reminds us that every action should elevate holiness. He shares a lesson from Shabbos Teshuvah: before acting, always consider if it is permitted according to Torah law.
