און לויט אייער בריף, איז געוויס איבעריג אונטערשטרייכען אז א צוגאב אין ענינים פון אידישקייט, תורה און מצות, בריינגט א צוגאב אין די ברכות פון השם יתברך, און אין ענינים פון גוטס און קדושה, איז דאך ווי גוט מ'איז אין דעם, קען מען שטענדיג נאך צוגעבן, וויבאלד דאס איז פארבונדען מיט השם יתברך וועלכער איז אין סופי - אונענדליך -
אויך וואלט געווען גוט מ'זאל בודק זיין - אפטשעקין - אייערע תפילין - אויב דאס איז ניט געטאן געווארען אין די לעצטע 12 חדשים - און יעדער וואכען טאג אין דער פריה, פארן אנטאן די תפילין, צו געבען אויף צדקה.
און השם יתברך וועלכער גיט אכטונג אויף יעדערן און פארזארגט עם מיט דאס וואס ער נויטיגט זיך, זאל אייך בענטשן מיט דעם וואס איר באדארפט, און זאל אייך געבען א כתיבה וחתימה טובה.

In response to your letter from Rosh Chodesh Elul: At an auspicious time, you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good in all matters you wrote about.
According to your letter, it is certainly worth emphasizing that an increase in matters of Judaism—Torah and mitzvos—brings an increase in blessings from Hashem. And in matters of goodness and holiness, no matter how much one has, one can always add more, since these are connected with Hashem Who is infinite—without end.
It would also be good to check your tefillin if this has not been done in the last twelve months. And every weekday morning before putting on tefillin, give tzedakah.
And may Hashem, Who watches over everyone and provides each person with what he needs, bless you with all that you require and grant you a good inscription and sealing for the new year.

P.S. Regarding your question about settling in Kfar Chabad: According to plan, representatives from Kfar Chabad will be here this coming Rosh Hashanah. It would be advisable for you to meet with them and discuss what you expect and what they can offer. I hope you know about the practice to say each day—including Shabbos and Yom Tov—the daily portion of Tehillim as it is divided among the days of the month; in any case, you should do so from now on.
