וויבאלד אז אלץ איז דאך בהשגחה פרטית, איז דאס פון מיין חוב (וזכות) צו אויפמערקזאם מאכען אויף דער נויטיקייט און וויכטיקייט צו פארשפרייטען דעם לימוד תורת החסידות, און ניט באנוגענען זיך מיטן אליין לערנען, נאר דוקא אין אן אופן פון הפצה, און אויב פון יעדערן ווערט דאס ערווארטעט, עאכו"כ פון אזעלכע וועלכע האבן השפעה אין זייער קהלה, והובטחנו דברים היוצאים מן הלב נכנסים אל לב השומע ופועלים פעולתם.

In response to your letter with its enclosure: At an auspicious time, your requests as written will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagm zya, according to the content of your writing. May the merit of tzedakah (as per the attached receipt) assist you in this.
Since everything is by Divine Providence, it is my duty (and privilege) to draw attention to the necessity and importance of spreading the study of Toras HaChassidus—not being satisfied with learning it oneself, but specifically in a manner of dissemination. If this is expected from everyone, how much more so from those who have influence in their community. We have been assured that words which come from the heart enter into the heart of the listener and accomplish their effect.
