In response to your letter regarding opening a senior yeshiva class as you write—it is extremely necessary and correct. The heads in both Nigleh and Chassidus should be from Anash of the place, for several reasons and for the benefit of supervision and its development—the class should be located near the existing institutions (at least during the first year).
