הנני לאשר קבלת מכתבו מיום הבהיר י"ט כסלו ושלאחריו, ות"ח בעד שימת לבבו לבשרני מהשתתפותו בהתועדות די"ט כסלו בכפר חב"ד. ויהי רצון, כמו שכותב, שההתעוררות תביא פירות במשך כל השנה בכל אחד ואחד מהמשתתפים.
ואם לפנים אפשר הי' לחשוב איזה שנויים אפשר לצפות מפגישה אחת בשנה, הרי בתקופתנו רואים שדבר קטן בכמות, אם רק גדול באיכות, יכול לחולל גדולות ונצורות.
ואם בצד ההירוס כן, על אחת כמה וכמה בבנין.
וידוע גם כן הדיוק בלשון "יפוצו מעינותיך חוצה" בנוגע למעינות החסידות והשפעתה, שבכמה וכמה מעינות רואים שהתחלתן טפין טפין ואח"כ מתפשטים לנהר עצום עולה על כל גדותיו.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the bright day of Yud Tes Kislev and the one following it. Thank you for letting me know about your participation in the Yud Tes Kislev farbrengen in Kfar Chabad.
May it be G‑d's will, as you write, that this awakening will bear fruit throughout the year for every participant.
If in earlier times one might have thought what changes could result from a single annual gathering, in our era we see that something small in quantity—if only great in quality—can bring about tremendous and wondrous results. And if this is true on the side of destruction, how much more so regarding building.
It is also well known the precision in the phrase "Yafutzu Maayanosecha Chutzah" ("Your wellsprings shall spread outward") regarding the wellsprings of Chassidus and its influence: In many cases we see that these wellsprings begin as mere drops and then spread into a mighty river overflowing all its banks.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that even small acts—when filled with depth and quality—can create immense positive change. The spreading of Chassidus often starts modestly but grows to influence many; every sincere effort counts greatly.
