מה ששמעתי מאז - אשר "בחורים מתו"ת" צריכים ללמוד בהתמדה ושקידה נגלה וחסידות ולעסוק בעבודת התפלה וקיום המצוות וכו' -
ומה להם ולשאלות השייכים ל"קה"ת" וכיו"ב? והאומנם כבר למדו וגמרו כל שהו"ל ע"ע ורק ידיעה בהנ"ל חסר להם?
השומרים הם חת"ת?

הסיימו הלקו"ת: עפ"י הוראת רבינו בש"פ ויקהל תשכ"ה, ללמוד את כל הס' לקוטי תורה במשך השנה, והיינו שבכל שבוע ילמדו בלקו"ת ה"פרשה החסידית" (ראה גם לעיל חכ"ג אגרת ה'תתקסו). וכאן הכוונה לדרושי "תורה אור".
Shalom u'Vrachah! [Parshas Bereishis 5726] Since I have heard — that 'Bachurim from Tomchei Temimim' must diligently study Nigleh and Chassidus, engage in the service of prayer and fulfillment of mitzvos, etc. — what concern is it of theirs to ask questions related to 'Kehot' and similar matters? Have they already learned and completed all that has been published so far, and only lack knowledge in the aforementioned areas? Are they keeping up with Chitas? Have they completed Likkutei Torah for Shabbos Bereishis?
Published in 'Heichal Menachem' vol. II p. 100 and completed according to a facsimile of the handwritten manuscript. This is an answer to one of the Temimim who asked about the publication of Maamarei Divrei Elokim Chaim from manuscript, which are related to 'Kehot': see Igros Kodesh Admor Mohariyatz vol. IX letter 3235.
Have they finished Likkutei Torah: According to our Rebbe's directive on Parshas Vayakhel 5725, to learn the entire sefer Likkutei Torah over the course of the year; meaning that each week one should learn in Likkutei Torah the 'Chassidic portion' (see also above vol. 23 letter 5956). Here, the intention is to the discourses in 'Torah Or.'
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that one's primary focus should be on diligent Torah study, Chassidus learning, prayer, and mitzvah observance before becoming involved in external matters such as publication questions. Prioritize personal spiritual growth.
