ויה"ר אשר בימים אלו הסמוכים (מלפניו ומלאחריו) ליום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, וביתר עז ביום ההילולא עצמו - הוא יום העשירי בעשתי עשר חדש - יתעורר כאו"א להחלטות טובות - שתבואנה אח"כ בפועל טוב, במעשה טוב שהוא העיקר - ללכת בדרכיו אשר הורנו ובאורחותיו, לחזק היהדות המסורתית ולהפיצה ועד להפצת המעינות חוצה - הליכת קבע ותמידית, באופן של נצח סלה ועד שאין לו הפסק עולמית.
וימשיך זה ויוסיף בכל הענינים להם "מסוגל הוא היום הזה" וכלשון רבנו נשיאנו בעל ההילולא:
להתקשר בעץ החיים, לקבל, אתם נשיכם בניכם ובנותיכם, ברכת ה' בשפעת חיים ופרנסה טובה ונחת מיו"ח וברוכים תהיו בבני חיי ומזוני רויחי,
עדי יוציאנו ה' למרחב בגאולה האמתית והשלימה ע"י משיח צדקנו ובנ"י יוצאים ביד רמה.

בנוגע למוסד - מה שאפ"ל מכאן: ההצלחה דע"ע בענין החיוני דחינוך בנ"י מוכיחה, אשר: 1) ההכרח להמשיך, 2) תומשך ההצלחה גם להבא כשתהי' עכ"פ אחיזה בדרך הטבע. - הדרך לפעולה ופרטי', מובן שזה אפשר לקבוע רק על אתר.
פשוט שהצעתי מאז ע"ד ה' אלף ל"י כו' - בתקפה הוא.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the day of... May it be His will that in these days surrounding (before and after) the yahrzeit of our revered teacher and leader, especially on the yahrzeit itself—the tenth day of the eleventh month—everyone is inspired to make good resolutions that will be followed by actual good deeds, which is most important: to walk in his ways as he taught us and in his paths, to strengthen traditional Judaism and spread it further—even to spreading the wellsprings outward—in a fixed and constant manner, eternally without interruption.
This should continue and increase in all matters for which "this day is auspicious," as our Rebbe, our leader whose yahrzeit it is, said: to connect with the Tree of Life; to receive—with your wives, sons, and daughters—the blessing of Hashem in abundant life and good livelihood and nachas from your offspring. And may you be blessed with children, life, and ample sustenance until Hashem brings us into spaciousness with the true and complete redemption through our righteous Moshiach—and Bnei Yisrael will go out with an upraised hand.

Regarding the institution—what can be said from here: The current success in the vital matter of educating Bnei Yisrael proves that: 1) it is necessary to continue; 2) success will also continue in the future if there is at least some adherence to natural means. The method for action and its details can only be determined on site. Obviously my previous suggestion regarding five thousand lira etc.—remains firm.
Blessings for healing and expansion (primarily—of course—in intellect—and thus also in the institution), and for good news with joy and goodness of heart.
