נעמענדיק אין אכט, אז דער יערלעכער דינער קומט פאר אין דעם חודש פון מתן-תורה, געציילטע טעג נאך דעם יום-טוב פון קבלת התורה, וועט יעדער איינער און איינע זיכער ברענגען צום אויסדרוק די גייסטיקע דערהויבונג פון דעם יום-טוב און די פראקטישע אנווייזונגען וואס דארפן דורכגעפירט ווערן, ספעציעל אין צוזאמענהאנג מיט דער דערמאנטער יערלעכער אונטערנעמונג.
עס איז כדאי צו באמערקן, אז דער יום-טוב שבועות האט ניט קיין אייגענעם "דאטום" (ניט קיין חודש און ניט קיין טאג) אין דער תורה, ווי אנדערע ימים-טובים, נאר ווערט פארצייכנט אלס דער "50'טער טאג" פון ספירה, וואס מיר הויבן אן צו ציילן דעם צווייטן טאג פסח, אויף מארגן נאך "יציאת מצרים".
דערמיט אונטערשטרייכט די תורה הק', אז שבועות איז דער ענד-ציל פון דעם יום-טוב פסח; אז זמן מתן תורתנו איז די פארפולקאמונג פון זמן חרותנו - אז די אמת'ע און פולשטענדיקע באפרייאונג, סיי פון דעם יחיד און סיי פון דעם כלל, סיי מאטעריעל און סיי גייסטיק, קען דערגרייכט ווערן בלויז דורך קבלת התורה.
מיר לעבן אין א צייט, און אין א לאנד, וואס ניט קוקנדיק אויף דער אויסערלעכער "פרייהייט" איז די וועלט בכלל, און דער יונגער דור בפרט, נאך גאנץ שטארק פארשקלאפט, און ווייס ניט ווי צו באפרייען זיך פון די קייטן פון גייסטיקער צערודערונג. די איינציקע האפנונג אז אידישע קינדער זאלן ניט מיטגעשלעפט ווערן מיטן שטראם ליגט אין א תורה-טרייען ישיבה-חינוך, וואו די גאלדענע קייט פון תורה מסיני ווערט אנגעהאלטן; די תורה הק', תורת אמת, וואס דער אמת מוז שטענדיק בלייבן גאנץ, אן פשרות און אן פארוואסערונג.
די ליובאוויטשער ישיבה "אחי תמימים" אין נוארק איז א וויכטיקע תורה-פעסטונג, וואס פארדינט די פולסטע שטיצע. ס'איז א גרויסע פליכט און זעלטענער זכות פאר יעדן איינעם און איינער צו שטיצן די דאזיקע ישיבה. איך באגריס אלע אנטיילנעמער אין דעם יערלעכן דינער און שיק יעדער איינעם און איינער פון די שטיצער און פריינט פון דער ישיבה א הארציקע ברכה, אז השם יתברך זאל זיי באגליקן אין דער ישיבה אונטערנעמנוג, און אין זייערע פערזענלעכע אונטערנעמונגען, און אין אלעס וואס מען נויטיקט זיך, מאטעריעל און גייסטיק.

To all participants in the annual dinner of Yeshiva "Achei Temimim" Lubavitch in Newark, may G‑d be upon them and grant them life—greetings and blessings!
Considering that the annual dinner takes place in the month of Matan Torah, just days after the festival of receiving the Torah, each and every one will surely express the spiritual elevation of this festival and implement its practical directives, especially as they relate to this mentioned annual undertaking.
It is worth noting that the festival of Shavuos does not have its own "date" (neither a specific month nor day) in the Torah like other festivals; rather, it is designated as the "50th day" of counting, which we begin on the second day of Pesach, on the morning after "Yetzias Mitzrayim." With this, the holy Torah emphasizes that Shavuos is the ultimate goal of Pesach; that Zman Matan Toraseinu (the time of giving our Torah) is the fulfillment of Zman Cheiruseinu (the time of our freedom)—that true and complete liberation, both for individuals and for the community, materially and spiritually, can only be achieved through accepting the Torah.
We live in a time and a country where, despite outward "freedom," the world at large—and especially the younger generation—remains deeply enslaved and does not know how to free itself from the chains of spiritual confusion. The only hope for Jewish children not to be swept away by this current lies in a Torah-true yeshiva education, where the golden chain from Sinai is maintained; the holy Torah, Toras Emes (Torah of truth), which must always remain whole—without compromise or dilution.
The Lubavitcher Yeshiva "Achei Temimim" in Newark is an important fortress of Torah that deserves full support. It is a great duty and rare merit for everyone to support this yeshiva.
I greet all participants at this annual dinner and send each supporter and friend of the yeshiva a heartfelt blessing: May Hashem bless them with success in this yeshiva endeavor and in their personal undertakings—in everything they need materially and spiritually.
