בנועם קבלתי הפ"ש מכת"ר על ידי הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצ"צ וכו' מוה"ר משה יצחק שי' העכט, ותשואות חן למר עבור הסבר פנים יפות שהראה לו בבקרו את כ'.
בעת רצון אזכיר את כ' על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר לטובה ולברכה, וכן את בני ביתו שי', והשם יתברך ויתעלה ימלא משאלות לבבם לטובה.
בודאי מנצל כת"ר את כל האפשריות להחזקת היהדות והפצתה במחנו הט' ובכל מקום שהשפעתו מגעת, שהיא חובת גברא של כל איש ישראל ובפרט של רב ורועה בישראל, ובימינו אלה ביחוד, וזכות הרבים מסייעתו.
כיון דאזלינן מיום הבהיר ח"י אלול, יום הולדת שני המאורות הגדולים, רבינו הבעל שם טוב ורבינו הזקן בעל התניא והשלחן ערוך, אסיים בתורת רבינו הזקן, היא תורת הבעש"ט, מענינא דיומא דחודש זה, חודש הרחמים והרצון, שהוא בדוגמת מלך טרם הכנסו לעיר ולהיכלו ונמצא בשדה, אשר אז יכול כאו"א לגשת אל המלך והוא מראה פנים שוחקות לכאו"א ומקבל בקשתם ברצון.
ולקראת השנה החדשה הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לכת"ר ולכל אשר לו, ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

I was pleased to receive your regards through Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"m engaged in tzt"z etc. Moreinu HaRav Moshe Yitzchak Sheyichyeh Hecht, and many thanks to you for the gracious reception you showed him when he visited you.
At an auspicious time I will mention you at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, for good and blessing, as well as your household members sheyichyu. May Hashem be blessed and exalted fulfill all their heart's desires for good.
Surely you are utilizing every opportunity to strengthen Judaism and spread it in our camp and everywhere your influence reaches. This is a personal obligation for every Jew—especially for a rabbi and shepherd in Israel—and particularly in our times. The merit of the many supports you.
Since we are proceeding from the luminous day of 18 Elul—the birthday of the two great luminaries: our master the Baal Shem Tov and our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch—I will conclude with a teaching from the Alter Rebbe (which is also a teaching of the Baal Shem Tov), relevant to this month: the month of mercy and favor. It is likened to a king before entering his city and palace who is found in the field; then anyone can approach the king, who shows a smiling face to everyone and accepts their requests willingly.
As we approach the new year that is coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, I hereby express my blessing to you and all yours: may you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually together.
