Even if one might justify this by saying it has become habitual etc., this does not add anything to spreading the wellsprings or to spreading Judaism in general—and this is clear.

In response to your question in this letter (and the previous one) regarding an operation called "testicular," you should follow the instructions of two expert doctors successfully; however, first consult a rabbi if it pertains to the testicles etc.
