In response to your message about your birthday. Certainly you will observe the recent custom of Anash on your birthday.
May it be the will of Hashem that this will be a year of success for you both materially and spiritually, and that you increase in Torah study and mitzvah observance with expansiveness—and among them, first and foremost, as is understood, a mitzvah in which one must be especially careful (and therefore also illuminating—see Sefer HaSichos [Summer 5709] p. 22), the leadership of your local community.
