ויהי רצון שיהי' בכל זה באופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור שהוא גם מהוראות ימי חנוכה הבע"ל דמוסיף באור מיום ליום.
ויש עוד להוסיף רמז בזה, אשר מקור האור וההוספה שלו הוא משמן, רזי דרזין דאורייתא, שמלימוד תורת החסידות המגלה גם רזי דרזין ועד להבנה והשגה בפועל יחדיר האמור בכל הענינים, ובלשון הכתוב בכל דרכיך (ועד שיבואו להמטרה) דעהו, דע את אלקי אביך כו' ומביאה ללב שלם מצוה רמה (כן צ"ל) ונשאה, ואדרבה עולה על כולנה (עיין קונטרס אחרון קנ"ו ב').

I pleasantly received your letter from the night of Yud-Tes Kislev, the Festival of Redemption, together with your names. At an auspicious time I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good as expressed in your letter.
May it be G‑d's will that all this be done in a manner of increasing and adding light, which is also one of the lessons from the upcoming days of Chanukah—to increase light day by day.
There is an additional hint: The source of light and its increase is oil—the secrets within secrets of Torah—so that through learning Chassidus, which reveals even these deepest secrets and brings to actual understanding and comprehension, this will permeate all matters. As it says in Scripture: "B'chol derachecha (in all your ways) [and until they reach their goal] da'eihu (know Him), da et Elokei avicha (know the G‑d of your father), etc.," bringing one to a complete heart—a lofty mitzvah (so it should be)—and it surpasses all others (see Kuntres Acharon 156b).
With blessings for good news in all the above and for Chanukah appropriate to what was mentioned.
Summary
