... Regarding your writing about strengthening in the observance of the mitzvah "And you shall not stray after..." It is a well-known and effective advice to constantly remember: (1) what is written, "The heavens and the earth I fill," and it is said, "And behold, Hashem stands over him," and in the language of our Sages: "There is no place empty of Him." Together with this, (2) that the Holy One, blessed be He, is the essence of good, and it is the nature of good to do good to each and every one in their matters—including in strengthening oneself in the above. And in the language of our Sages: Tikkunei Zohar 257; (1) Sanhedrin 71b; see Zohar I 208a; (2) Kiddushin 40a.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that remembering G‑d's constant presence and His essential goodness empowers us to strengthen our observance and overcome challenges in serving Him.
