אבל מה שמפליא במכתב כת"ר - שמזכיר כל אופנים האפשרים לבד זה שצ"ל לכל לראש, ז.א. לימודי קדש כל היום כולו. וביחוד שנשתחרר הנ"ל מלימוד שהממשלה מחייבת.
ויהי רצון שע"ד הכתוב במכתב המענה המצורף, שישפיע הנ"ל על שאר בני אנ"ש, הנה ישפיע ג"כ על הנהלת ישיבת אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש אשר במעלבורן, שגם הם יכירו בנחיצות ואמיתת סדר האמור, אפילו את"ל שלא בכל המקומות כבר הגיע העת לזה, אבל סו"ס מוכרחת ההתחלה.

We acknowledge receipt of your letter from 7 Nissan with its enclosure, and enclosed here is the response for the Avrech... If further explanation is needed, suitable words will surely be found. What is surprising in your letter is that you mention all possible approaches except for what should come first—namely, full-day Torah study. Especially since he has been released from government-mandated studies.
May it be G‑d's will that as written in the enclosed response letter—that he will influence other members of Anash—he will also influence the administration of Yeshivas Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch in Melbourne so that they too recognize the necessity and truth of this order. Even if one were to say that not everywhere has the time arrived for this yet, still, a beginning is absolutely necessary.
