במה שכותב אודות המשך חינוך בתו שתחי', מובן ופשוט שצריכה להתחנך במוסדות חינוך חב"ד, וכיון שדרים בכפר חב"ד, צ"ל זה במוסדות החיונך בכפר חב"ד.
והרי זה נוגע גם לרבים.
ובהנוגע למה שכותב אודות המגרעות אשר בהמוסד, הרי כיון שנמצא על אתר הנה את"ל שכמה ענינים צריכים תיקון, יתיעצו כולם יחד לתקן החסרונות והרי כל אחד מהם מעונין בטובת המוסד והחניכות שבו, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון. והדרך לזה הוא בדרכי שלום ובדרכי נועם, כהוראות נשיאינו - ובמיוחד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר מייסד הכפר ומנהלו.

In response to your letter regarding the continued education of your daughter, it is clear and self-evident that she should be educated in Chabad educational institutions. Since you live in Kfar Chabad, this should be specifically in the educational institutions of Kfar Chabad. This also affects many others.
Regarding what you write about the shortcomings of the institution: since you are present there, if indeed there are matters that need improvement, everyone should consult together to correct these deficiencies. Each person is interested in the welfare of the institution and its students, and nothing stands in the way of willpower. The approach to this must be with peace and pleasantness, as our leaders have instructed—especially my revered father-in-law, the founder and director of Kfar Chabad.
