It is surprising that complaints have reached here that the publicity regarding the visits and activities of the shluchim, may they live and be well, in Eretz HaKodesh is entirely insufficient. The wonder is directed at the entire leadership of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad—how are they not taking advantage of this opportunity, which does not present itself at every moment? This should be understood well.

It is clear that the intention here is not for cheap advertising—but rather for publicity that will benefit the spreading of the wellsprings in particular and matters of Judaism in general.

Regarding what you wrote that Mr. A.S., may he live, wants to add a section, etc., and you gave him unedited notes—certainly, first and foremost you should provide him with the edited notes, and only as an addition those aforementioned notes. Indeed, even the edited materials are numerous relative to what has been published: such as those printed in current Lubavitch journals and brochures from fourteen or thirteen years ago, general letters and letters with detailed content, what has been printed in the journal, introductions to pamphlets from 5710-11, indexes to Sefer Shel Beinonim (Tanya), and so on.
