Regarding what you wrote about two students traveling here because they are not listening, etc., and that such suggestions are made from time to time by members of the Tiferes Tmimim administration in Lod: it is clear and obvious that this is not the way to educate students—that when there are difficulties in their education, they should be sent elsewhere (and at a distance from their family members who can also influence them positively at least somewhat). Surely you also know that even in America there are challenges, etc. I have already written several times that regarding the Avrechim who came here from Eretz HaKodesh (even though they had an advantage—they did not come for this reason, but on the contrary because they were outstanding), nevertheless—to my great regret—I did not see progress among them. It is necessary to explain to all members of the Tiferes Tmimim administration in Lod that it is not a matter of finding another place to send students who are not outstanding; rather, careful thought is needed about how to educate them on site. This should suffice.

I received a letter from the Avrech... who writes that he moved from Tiferes Tmimim Lod to Toras Emes. Please inform me of the details regarding this matter, and whether it was done with the full agreement of the Tiferes Tmimim Lod administration. In general, when transferring students from Toras Emes to Lod or vice versa, do they discuss it beforehand and cooperate?

Regarding what you wrote about a mashgiach (supervisor), etc.—this must specifically be found among our yeshiva students in Eretz HaKodesh (and at most—from France), for several reasons.

Regarding what you wrote about small expenses for the student—I will consider this over these days.

Regarding what you wrote about traveling here—it is questionable whether it is worthwhile considering all the expenses (money, energy, etc.) involved, especially due to disruptions in routine during his absence until he returns. Experience has already shown that damage caused by this requires much time and effort to repair—and it does not always succeed.
