ויה"ר שימי סגולה אלו, שעליהם אמר ויחן ישראל לשון יחיד כדרשת רז"ל, ישפיעו גם על... בתכ"י וביחוד על... בהנ"ל, שיעשו כולם אגודה אחת בדיעה אחת וכאיש אחד למלאות תפקידנו בעלמא דין, שהאדם נברא לשמש את קונו, שבתקופתנו זו הוא הפצת המעינות (עד שיגיעו גם) חוצה, ודוקא מתוך אהבה. וכמבואר בכ"מ שכיון שהגלות [הוא] בעון שנאת חנם מוכרח התיקון בקצה ההפכי, וק"ל.
ומובן שכוונתי בשורותי אלה הוא לא רק אליו אלא לכאו"א... והשי"ת יזכהו ויצליחו לבשר טוב בכל האמור.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 21st of Iyar. I have also received the unified-nusach Haggadah and the Pesach booklet; thank you very much, and please continue to send such materials in the future.
Enclosed is a copy of my general letter to the general assembly of the branches of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad (even though officially it will be sent directly to all branches of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad everywhere, certainly in Eretz HaKodesh may it be rebuilt and established).
May it be G‑d's will that these auspicious days—about which it is said "Vayichan Yisrael" (and Israel encamped) in the singular form as our Sages expound—should also influence... among you and especially... regarding what was mentioned above: that all should become one group with one opinion and as one person to fulfill our mission in this world—that man was created to serve his Creator—which in our time means spreading the wellsprings (until they reach) outward, specifically with love.
As explained in many places: since exile came because of baseless hatred, its correction must be at the opposite extreme—and this is clear. And it is understood that my intention in these lines is not only to you but to everyone...
May Hashem grant you merit and success to share good news about all the above.
