Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 28th of Iyar: At an auspicious time, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of the Rebbe Rayatz zatzukalalaha nabgam zya.
Regarding what you wrote about the unpleasantness caused by your neighbor: It is clearly seen in such matters that when someone who wishes to cause distress sees that their words and actions are ignored, their desire to continue diminishes until it ceases entirely. To make it easier not to react to the provocations of one who causes distress, one should contemplate the content of Igeres HaKodesh by Rabbeinu HaZaken, section 25.
It is surprising that you do not mention your participation in spreading the wellsprings in general and specifically within the framework of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad. Surely you will address this in your next letter.
With blessing, on behalf of the Rebbe shlita, Secretary (from a copy of the secretariat).
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that ignoring provocations can diminish a troublemaker's motivation and recommends contemplating Tanya for strength. He also encourages active involvement in spreading Chassidus through communal frameworks like Tzeirei Agudas Chabad.
