We acknowledge receipt of your letters from Rosh Chodesh, the 10th (2nd of the month), the 12th and the 16th of Cheshvan, with their enclosures. Surely you are already energetically preparing for the upcoming Hanukkah seminars.

Regarding your question about who should be involved in this: it is necessary to hold a general meeting and divide the responsibilities among yourselves without postponing this discussion for a second meeting, etc.

The forms introduced in one of the network's schools should be discussed at a general teachers' meeting. After deliberation, it would be appropriate to institute a uniform format for these forms across all network schools in such matters.

As for your comment that my previous statement about increasing the number of network schools and not being required to invest funds is unclear: I do not understand what practical difference this makes now, since opening new schools is only possible by mid-summer next year. By then, many conditions will certainly have changed. Regarding the past—besides that we do not cry over what has already happened—in several places where registration began (and there are more such places), had they started earlier, they surely would have succeeded in establishing more schools—even in locations near Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

Regarding establishing an institution as a continuation for those graduating from network schools: the most practical step is to discuss with those involved about Kfar Chabad and its available buildings or expanding Beit Rivkah in Kfar Chabad and the boys' institutions there so they can also absorb these students. If planning and discussion begin early enough, it will surely be possible to correct the shortcomings that prevented network students from being absorbed into Kfar Chabad institutions and led them to disperse elsewhere.

Concerning curriculum planning and teaching tailoring or similar crafts to your son: investigate existing programs at other charedi schools; with suitable adaptations, you can arrange something similar at this institution as well.

I was pleased by your report about preparing a program for Yud-Tes Kislev; it would be best if it were as uniform as possible across all network schools.

Certainly teachers have already been assigned in all network schools—or at least most of them. Please send this list here. If there are some whose positions are not yet fixed—note this on the sheet as well.

I am confident that regarding Rabbi Chanazin's suggestion about Kfar Saba etc., each one will do everything possible—and without doubt this is also for his own benefit; further elaboration on such an obvious matter is unnecessary.
