ובמ"ש אודות המבואר בתניא פכ"ג בביאור ההפרש בין מצות לתורה, הנה יעויין בזה בהגהות הצ"צ שנדפסו בספר קיצורים והערות לתניא וכן במאמרים שישנם בכמה ביכלעך חסידות, ובודאי גם באותן הנמצאים באה"ק ת"ו, ומתחיל להבין מה שמתבאר בתניא פרק כ"ג.

After a long pause, it was pleasant for me to receive your letter from the 29th of Adar. As the saying of the Rebbe Maharash of blessed memory goes: "If good is good, better is not better," may it be the will of Hashem that you bring even more joyful news regarding material matters and spiritual matters.
Regarding what you wrote about what is explained in Tanya chapter 23 concerning the difference between mitzvos and Torah: see in this matter the glosses of tzt"z printed in the book Kitzurim VeHe'aros LeTanya as well as in maamarim found in several Chassidus booklets, certainly also among those found in Eretz HaKodesh. You are beginning to understand what is explained in Tanya chapter 23. It was printed in the booklet "Tzaddik LaMelech" on page 137.
