בודאי יודיענו תוצאות פעולתו בזה, ולמותר להאריך בגודל נחיצות הענין ורום ערכו, ותקותי חזקה אשר יעשה ככל יכולתו בזה, ומגלגלים זכות -
זיכוך אויר העולם ע"י אותיות התורה והתפלה, תולע ותולעת דמעשה הפרה וכמש"פ בלקו"ת ד"ה זאת חקת ס"ד.
וי"ל דבלמוד התניא שזהו לקוטי עצות בעבודה שבלב ישנם שני הענינים - ע"י זכאי (ולהעיר מחילוק כהנים ולוים אשר לוים הם בחי' טהר).

Following up on our previous conversations regarding your efforts in raising financial means for the printing of Tanya. Certainly, you will inform us of the results of your activities in this matter, and it is unnecessary to elaborate on the great necessity and lofty value of this endeavor. My strong hope is that you will do all you can in this regard, and merit is brought about—refinement of the world's atmosphere—through the letters of Torah and prayer, as with the worm and crimson thread used in the act of the Parah (Red Heifer), as explained in Likkutei Torah, discourse 'Zos Chukas', page 64.
It can be said that through studying Tanya—which is a collection of advice for service of the heart—both aspects are present: through one who is meritorious (and note also the distinction between Kohanim and Leviim, where Leviim are considered a level of purity).
