Havavac"h iy"a nu"n oseik b'tzt"z melachto melachet shamayim Shmuel Chafer
Shalom u'Vrachah!
... Regarding your letter stating that you are not receiving assistance, first of all it is certain that for every single person working in the service of Hashem—education on the foundation of holiness, especially within the framework of our Rebbeim—the verse is fulfilled in actuality: 'Ezri me'im Hashem oseh shamayim va'aretz' (My help comes from Hashem, Maker of heaven and earth). [This can be interpreted: 'oseh' as an act of making and forcing; that Hashem compels and subdues the concealments and obstacles found in nature until they are transformed into helpers—as in the matter of the days of Purim when 'am ha'aretz mit'yahadim' (the people of the land became Jews) etc., and 'v'nahafoch hu' (and it was turned around) etc. And certainly for you—who saw this tangibly in the recent past—there is no need for lengthy explanation or proof for something so obvious.]
I hope that what you wrote at the end of your letter regarding yourself—in line with what was written above—the help from Hashem has also "arrived" for you personally and is having its effect.
May it be G‑d's will that as we stand at the conclusion and seal of the month of Adar—when we were commanded to increase in joy—and on the eve of Nissan, the month of redemption from all constraints and limitations—you should see this also in your holy work: at Beis Rivkah Seminary and in your profession. May you share good news—goodness that is visible even to physical eyes—and may you be able to conduct yourself as it says: 'Va'eshalcha b'rechavah' (I will walk about freely)—in all matters concerning the institution and with expansiveness also in your personal affairs. This also serves as an additional answer to your letter's conclusion regarding movement etc.—and like a story I heard from my father-in-law, the Rebbe, about a chassid of Rabbeinu HaZaken, Reb Mordechai Liplair. He would overcome his yetzer hara by arguing: How could he possibly listen to its enticement when everyone knows he is wealthy and has influence at royal courts—in mighty Russia at that time—and above all else—that he is a chassid of Rabbeinu HaZaken...
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that those engaged in holy education always receive help from Hashem—even when it seems absent. By maintaining faith and confidence rooted in one's connection to our Rebbeim, one can overcome obstacles both personally and professionally.
