In response to your letter from the 22nd of Shevat, in which you write what you heard and rely on verses and hints, etc. In general—it is not appropriate to enter into such calculations; this matter is only for those who have a tradition or something similar. Otherwise—every single person believes in the coming of Moshiach and waits for him every day. However, together with this—everyone must do all that is in their power to hasten and speed up the coming of our righteous Moshiach. Especially—this is accomplished through spreading the wellsprings outward, as is known from the holy letter of the Baal Shem Tov regarding "Ma'anat Malka Meshicha"—when your wellsprings are spread outward he will come.

At an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden (may his merit protect us), in accordance with the content of your letter.

It is surprising that you did not mention anything about the yahrzeit of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel, on the tenth of Shevat—even though I strongly hope that there was a farbrengen and that there will be results as explicitly stated in the letter from the one whose yahrzeit it is for his father's yahrzeit (the Rebbe Rashab).
