Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Sunday. At an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagam zy"a, according to the content of your letter. May it be G‑d's will that you have good news both regarding general matters and your personal concerns.
Regarding your statement that I supposedly instructed someone to engage in the study of Kabbalah—although forgetfulness is common in our times, I have never been accustomed to such things at all. What I do instruct is the study of the inner dimension of Torah as revealed in our generation through the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov (general Chassidus) and our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe (Chabad Chassidus), as is well known and publicized.
To your question about amulets—I have not heard anything about these matters at all.
Of course I was alarmed by what you wrote regarding hatred etc.—these are completely empty and null words that stem solely from a lack of order in all one's ways, which consequently weakens physical health and diminishes joy and a good heart. It is essential that you finally arrange your life in an orderly way (as is well known how much my revered father-in-law the Rebbe demanded this from everyone). My intention is simple: order in eating and drinking, sleep, etc., up to order in matters of livelihood. Even though it is difficult to change oneself entirely at once (and it is not necessary either), what is necessary is to decide that this is your goal and begin immediately to improve step by step. I am confident that Hashem will grant you success in this.
For practical steps—consult with your friends in Eretz HaKodesh may it be rebuilt and established quickly; as it says: "Salvation comes with many counselors."
Blessings for good news in all the above, with tranquility, joy, and a good heart.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that establishing order in daily life brings both physical health and spiritual well-being. Gradual improvement with clear intent leads to success—especially when supported by friends' advice—and learning Chassidus reveals inner Torah light for our generation.
