... וכיון שנמצאים אנו בימי חנוכה, ואומרים ועל הנסים כו', וכל עניני תורתנו ומצותי' הרי נצחים הם ושייכים לכל בנ"י בכל דור ודור, הנה יהי רצון שיהי' הקב"ה עוזרו לכל או"א, ובמילא יהי' - מסרת גבורים ורבים וטמאים ורשעים וזדים ביד - עוסק בתורה שבכאו"א, שגבור הנ"ל (שזהו היצה"ר שגבור הוא ע"י אקדימתא טעניתא) וכו' יהי', כדיוק הלשון, מסרת, שיהי' באופן דרב תבואות בכח שור, בכל לבבך בשני יצריך, ויתוסף בהפצת היהדות בכלל ובהפצת המעינות ביחוד ועד לופרצת וגו', וקאתי מלכא משיחא, וטהרו מקדשו ויודו ויהללו לשמו הגדול.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Since we are now in the days of Chanukah, and we say 'Ve'al HaNissim' (and for the miracles), and all matters of our Torah and its mitzvos are eternal and relevant to every Jew in every generation, may it be G‑d's will that He help each and every one. As a result, it will be—'You delivered the mighty, the many, the impure, the wicked, and the wanton into the hands of...'—applied to each person's involvement in Torah; that this 'mighty one' (which refers to the yetzer hara who becomes strong through preemptive fasting) etc., should be—as is precise in the wording—'You delivered,' meaning it should be in a manner of 'abundant produce comes through the strength of an ox,' with all your heart, with both your inclinations. There should be an increase in spreading Judaism in general and especially in spreading the wellsprings [of Chassidus], until 'ufaratzta' (and you shall spread out), etc., and then King Moshiach will come, they will purify His sanctuary, and give thanks and praise to His great Name.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that Chanukah's miracles inspire us to overcome our yetzer hara by dedicating ourselves fully to Torah study and spreading Judaism and Chassidus. This effort brings us closer to redemption and sanctifies G‑d's Name.
