במענה למכתבה מכ"ג חשון, בו כותבת אודות סדר התפלה והשיפורים המוכרחים עדיין לבוא.
ורואים במוחש בכגון דא אשר כשממנים מבין התלמידים-ות שי' עצמם משגיחים על הסדר, מסייעים להם, מחלקים הסידורים וכו' [ע"ד הרגיל בבית הכנסת, גבאי מורה דרך שמש וכו' כמובן בשינוים מתאימים], הרי זה מצליח שלא רק בזמן התפלה יתנהגו כרצוי, אלא גם לאחרי זה וגם בהכנה לזמן התפלה, אלא שכמובן מכמה טעמים יש להחליף הממונים מזמן לזמן, ואורך התקופה של המינוי, הרי זה תלוי בתכונת ואופי התלמידים, ובמקום ספק להתחיל בתקופה קצרה, שאז הברירה למנות המתאים פעם שני' או להחליפו במתאים יותר.
לכתבה אודות תלמידה, אשר נמוכה היא בקומה וכו' הנה כמה אופני טפול נתחדשו בשנים האחרונות בכגון זה, אף שמובן שלא כאו"א שוה בטפול ובהצלחתו.
ובעת רצון יזכירוה על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להמצטרך לה.
ובכ"א כדאי שההורים שי' ישאלו מזמן לזמן את הרופא המטפל, האם נתחדש מה בשטח זה בזמן האחרון, בהנוגע לבתם תחי'.

In response to your letter from the 23rd of Cheshvan, in which you write about the order of prayer and the necessary improvements that still need to be made. It is clearly seen in such cases that when supervisors are appointed from among the students themselves to oversee the order, assist them, distribute siddurim, etc. [as is customary in synagogues—a gabbai, guide, attendant, etc., obviously with appropriate adjustments], this succeeds not only in ensuring proper conduct during prayer but also afterward and in preparation for prayer time. However, for various reasons it is necessary to change those appointed from time to time, and the length of each appointment depends on the character and nature of the students. In case of doubt, it is best to start with a short period; then there is an option to reappoint the suitable one or replace them with someone more fitting.
Regarding your writing about a student who is short in stature, several new methods of treatment have been developed for such cases in recent years, though it is understood that not everyone responds equally to treatment or achieves the same success. At an auspicious time she will be mentioned at the holy resting place (the Ohel) of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal for what she needs. In any case, it is worthwhile for her parents from time to time to ask their attending physician whether anything new has developed recently in this area concerning their daughter.
