במענה להזמנתם - חבר אני לשומרי פקודיך פעילי בנין המקוה בנאות דשא ומשתתפים בהסעודת מצוה שבקשר לגמרה,
שזהו מענין ימים אלו וכפסק המשנה (פרק יוהכ"פ) אשריכם ישראל* כו' וטהרתם, אשריכם דוקא, תשובה מאהבה, כמו שנאמר בפרשת השבוע אשריך ישראל גו' ויכחשו אויביך לך - זדונות נעשו כזכיות.
ויה"ר שבקרוב ממש יקוים סיום הנבואה וישבתם בארץ אשר נתתי לאבותיכם בביאת משיח צדקנו.

I am copying here the text of the telegram that our master, teacher, and Rebbe shlita graciously sent in connection with the seudas mitzvah for the benefit of the mikveh: In response to your invitation—I join with those who safeguard Your commandments, activists in building the mikveh in Ne'ot Desheh and participants in the seudas mitzvah related to its completion. This is connected to these days and as ruled in the Mishnah (Yoma): "Ashreichem Yisrael... u'Tahartem" (Fortunate are you, Israel... and you have been purified), specifically "Ashreichem" (fortunate), teshuvah from love, as stated in this week's Torah portion: "Ashrecha Yisrael... v'yekachashu oyvecha lecha—your enemies will deny you," sins are transformed into merits.
May it be His will that very soon there will be fulfillment of the conclusion of the prophecy: "You will dwell in the land I gave to your forefathers," with the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu.
