If so, there would be no place for organized work or for the orderly development of matters. This is impossible in any area whatsoever, even if one could say there are very important reasons, etc.

From this my opinion regarding the content of your letter is understood: there should not be revolutions and confusion, etc., etc. Instead, use your time and energy to strengthen and expand the village both quantitatively and qualitatively, rather than being interested specifically in making revolutions.

Especially in this case—where there is absolutely no need at all; rather, from now on discuss any such proposals—if there will be any—and decide according to what fits the matter and its details...
