We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the eve of the holy day, with its enclosure, and thank you very much for the good news about matters in City Gardens. Certainly, the success until now will add to them, and to all those involved and striving in matters of the network—additional and stronger forces—to expand these activities as much as possible. And if one who sustains a single Jewish soul is considered as if he sustained an entire world, how much more so two or three and more.

It is visibly apparent that with proper effort it is possible to add several tens more students—boys and girls—in the kindergarten and school.

It is understood that all this should be done in a way that does not introduce competitiveness against others, since the words and ways of our Torah are ways of pleasantness, as emphasized in Chassidus.

Based on the above, it is clear that it is very proper—especially—that they are organizing in City Gardens farbrengens and Simchat Beit HaShoevah celebrations and similar events.

With blessings for success in all the above, and until "ufaratzta yama vakeidma vatzafona vanegba" (and you shall spread out westward, eastward, northward, and southward), and until an inheritance without boundaries. Awaiting good news.
