לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מז' אדר שני יום בו נולד משה רוען של כל ישראל,
שואל על עכוב המענה לפלוני וכו', ובטח כבר נתקבל בינתים, ובכלל בענינים כגון אלו שכותב, תמיכת מוסדות וכו' יש לפנות לאגודת חב"ד ולצעירי אגודת חב"ד אשר באה"ק ת"ו ומטעמים מובנים.
בעת רצון יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע כאו"א להמצטרך לו מתאים לתוכן כתבו,
ויהי רצון שמאחר שהוא המביא הבקשה, הנה יבשר טוב בזה,
ומובן וגם פשוט, שיבשר טוב גם בהנוגע לעצמו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
ובמ"ש אודות הנהגה בלימוד, שמעתי מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שבכגון דילי' צריך להיות לימוד קבוע במשניות נוסף על שאר הלימודים, ובודאי למותר להאריך לדכוותי' שצריך להיות לימוד בתורת החסידות בכל יום וכן להפצת לימוד זה בכל מקום שידו מגעת.
ענין אותי ביותר מה שכותב אשר בסביבתו נמצא בן הרב ירושלימסקי מעיר קאמינקא רב דעיר קיעלץ, ושבידו גוף כתי"ק של הנשיאים וכו'. ואתענין לדעת יותר פרטים בזה, וכן האם יש אצלו ג"כ מרשימות וזכרונות מהנ"ל, שהרי אביו הי' גם מגזע אדה"ז, ובקשתי לברר את האמור בהקדם ולהודיעני, ות"ח ת"ח על כל הטרחה בזה.

After the longest pause, your letter from 7th Adar Sheni—the day Moshe, shepherd of all Israel, was born—was received. You ask about the delay in response to a certain person, etc., and surely by now it has already been received. In general regarding such matters as you write—supporting institutions and so on—you should turn to Agudas Chabad and Tzeirei Agudas Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh for obvious reasons.
At an auspicious time they will mention all those you wrote about at the holy resting place of my father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden—each one for what he needs according to your letter's content. May it be G‑d's will that since you are bringing the request, you will bring good news in this matter. It is understood and obvious that you should also bring good news regarding yourself—both materially and spiritually.
Regarding what you wrote about conduct in study: I heard from my father-in-law the Rebbe that in such cases there should be a fixed study of Mishnayos in addition to other studies. Surely it is unnecessary to elaborate to someone like yourself that there must be daily study of Chassidus as well as spreading this study wherever your influence reaches.
I was especially interested by what you wrote that in your area lives the son of Rav Yerushalimski from Kaminika, who was rabbi of Kielce, and that he possesses original handwritten manuscripts of the Nesi'im etc. I am interested to know more details about this as well as whether he also has notes or memoirs from the above-mentioned; after all his father was also descended from the Alter Rebbe. My request is to clarify this matter promptly and inform me. Many thanks for all your effort on this.
